Winter Maintenance Bulliten for Hot Tub owners:  During the winter months, make sure that you look at your hot tub daily just to make sure that it is working properly.  If it is not circulating or heating, put a small ceramic heater under the cabinet.  This will help prevent freeze damage until you can get the tub serviced.

We have an extensive parts department.  If we don't have what you need, in stock, we can usually have any part for your spa or pool within 2 to 3 days.

We offer FREE In-Store repair on your spa and pool equipment.  Just bring it into the store and we will repair or recommend a replacement part and you only have to pay for the parts.

Certain items such as spa packs need to be diagnosed in the field.
