Yes, very thorough - I'm impressed Yes, I'm satisfied Yes but I don't understand the explaination I was not available and it doesn't matter as long it was fixed. Not really, I was just told it was fixed. I was never contacted I don't think the tech knows how to service a hot tub. Cost vs. Value Service Performed Exceeded Cost of Service Service Performed Equalled Cost Cost of Service Performed is a little too high. Cost of Service is way overpriced.
